Newsletter Solution

Brief:

The HNA Group was founded in 1993 and has become a global conglomerate with entities under the group covering a broad range of industries and fields, including aviation, holdings, capital, tourism and logistics to name a few. In 2014, the group reaps revenues of around RMB 170 billion, with more than 110,000 employees worldwide. In 2015, they were officially listed as a Fortune 500 company.

With such a diverse and far-reaching group structure, there's no doubt that communication plays a crucial part in their operations. We helped the group develop a thorough newsletter solution for their internal communications with their subsidiaries, which was then further extended to cover the China region. We designed and developed a newsletter portal with a comprehensive content management system (CMS), allowing the group to customise the content within the newsletter template that we also designed. The newsletters are then blasted through the same system to relevant parties. Additionally, we provide the group with a copywriting service and maintenance for upcoming newsletters.
