A Display of Ambience for a New Property in Kowloon

Brief:

The Chevalier Group was founded in 1970 by Dr Chow Yei Ching, and its group holding company, Chevalier International Holdings Limited, is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The Group has developed into a diversified global conglomerate with a presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Canada, USA and Australia. Sablier is located in Mong Kok, with close proximity to Olympic Station and large-scale shopping centres like Olympian City and Square Mile.

Upon arriving at the website, the visitor is firstly greeted by the property’s branding elements including its slogan, with geometric shapes, symbolising hourglasses (in French ‘Sablier’), subtly moving in the background. If the visitor scrolls down, he/she will discover a mesmerising video of Victoria Harbour’s view right below the disclaimer. Essential information like price list and sales brochure can be called out from the navigation on top, which is also carried by a smooth animation.
