All your household needs in the palm of your hands
Established in the 1970s, Sino Group, is a leading property developer in Hong Kong with more than 250 buildings with a total area over 80,000,000 sq. ft. in the Group's investment and development portfolio to date. The Avenue is an Urban Renewal Authority joint development with private developers Hopewell Holdings and Sino Land. This large scale Estate is mostly a redevelopment the Lee Tung Street area. This revamped area now provides a refreshing mix of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants, and many new shopping options.
The Avenue SmartHome App makes the residents life easier by enclosing controls of the electrical appliances into one mobile app. Residents can use the mobile app to control household appliances within the apartment, contact and receive information from the concierge. We've used wine-red colours throughout the design since red is traditionally associated with good luck and celebrations like wedding, which is an industry that used to thrive in the Lee Tung Street area. The buttons are also highlighted with a light effect that resembles actual buttons of the controls of some modern household appliances.
