The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) is a statutory body, to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong. With a view to addressing the problem of urban decay and improving the living conditions of residents in old districts, the URA has lately launched their Starter Homes Pilot Project named ‘eResidence’ to facilitate the higher-income families who are not eligible for the Home Ownership Scheme and cannot afford high rising private housing properties, in purchasing their dream home.
eResidence T3 project is located at the junction between Hok Yuen Street and Sung Chi Street, Ma Tau Wai. 260 units of the project are assigned as Starter Homes Units (SH Units) for sale to the eligible purchasers.
In this project, we are appointed to provide the marketing services to facilitate the Sale such as provision of leaflets, development of logo stickers, production of 360 Panorama showflats, sales office notices and disclaimers, etc.
