Brief:

Star Property is one of the property developers in Hong Kong, principally engaged in property development and property investment for sale, rental or capital appreciation, provision of property management services, and provision of finance. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, The Cloud is one of Star Property’s development projects, which is conveniently located in West Kowloon surrounded by major transportation hubs. With thoughtfully selected discounts & access to co-working spaces and storage facilities, The Cloud could be said to be tailor-made for Hong Kong’s next generation entrepreneurs and self-starters.

One of The Cloud’s unique selling points are the use of technology - pre-installed high speed internet access, smart facilities, the provision of hardware and software all makes The Cloud especially suitable for studios and creatives. We’ve used a contrasting light/dark blue colour scheme and a waveform pattern to give away a cyber feeling on all marketing collaterals. The logo we have designed for The Cloud is an abstract form of the building itself, represented by overlapping lines which produces a sleek form - symbolising the property’s unrivalled technology and unbounded connectivity.
