Located in Sai Ying Pun, an exciting neighbourhood with a blended ambience - a mix of the traditional and the new, Fifteen Western St is a piece of Art’chitecture, with its design and building concept inspired by the traditional bamboo weaving craftsmanship once gathered in the district while paying tribute to the authentic local culture of the Sai Wan Neighbourhood.
We are honoured to again have the opportunity to work with Vanke to develop a full set of sophisticated creative package for this premium property. We therefore developed the logo, branding guide, marketing materials and its brand official website to create a cohesive and consistent brand identity.
We have examined every detail of the property itself and have reflected its thoughtful design on the marketing materials we have designed. The logo makes reference to the curve lines - which pays homage to traditional bamboo weaving craftsmanship - that compass throughout the building design. This has also been reflected in the patterns that we have designed for the property, which are used across all marketing collaterals, including website and sales brochures. Meanwhile, the key visual displays the image of the property against the hand-drawn backdrop of landmarks on Hong Kong Island, including HKU and Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park, which are located conveniently nearby. We have tried to highlight the merits of the property in an artistic and tasteful manner, which echoes the property’s positioning as a piece of Art’chitecture.
